Applications accepted K-3 students must be 3 years old by september 1. k-4 students must be 4 years old by september 1. k-5 students must be 5 years old by september 1. an application for admission form, which includes our standards of conduct, a statement of cooperation, a financial agreement, and a general health questionnaire, proper health forms must be turned into the office before the child can be admitted to class. we are required to maintain a south carolina certificate of immunization on file for each student interview
