| Applications accepted | Three year old, 2 days a week: turn three years of age by december 31st. be toilet-trained. three year old, 3 days a week: child must turn three years of age sometime during the period january through june 30th, prior to the start of school in september. four year old: child must be four years of age by december 31st. pre-k: child must be five years of age by december 31st. registration requires a copy of a birth certificate. |

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
