| Applications accepted | Children who are four-years-old by september 1, 2007 child’s original birth certificate or birth record copy of child’s immunization record two proofs of residency (rental agreement/lease/mortgage and a current utility bill) a social security card is requested but not required if applying for prekindergarten due to economic need, verification of total combined household income is required. the preferred document is the household 1040 statement. temporary cash assistance, food stamp number or foster care incomes are acceptable. application is not complete until income verification has been provided. |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
