| Applications accepted | toddler class (two year olds) - children entering the toddler program must be two (2) by september 1st and toilet trained. primary classes (three-six year olds) - children entering the primary program should be three (3) by september 1st. an application for enrollment will be accepted when the following items have been returned to the office, • completed enrollment application - signed, initialed and dated • family-school commitment - signed and dated • fee refund policy and procedure - signed and dated * private only • completed emergency card • current immunization records • copy of birth certificate • home language survey • proof of residency *charter only |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
