| Applications accepted | All medical and school forms must be completed and returned before the school year begins. all children must comply with new york city and state guidelines for childhood immunization. all new applicants must provide a legal copy of the child’s birth certificate and any custodial documents if applicable. all children in our early childhood program are expected to be fully toilet trained. if they are not fully trained, a parent or caregiver must be available to assist with toileting and cleaning. please call 718-268-5011 to make an appointment to see our facilities and learn about our program |

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
