| Applications accepted | In order to enroll in the school children must have reached their second, third or fourth birthday by december 31st a certificate of good health, including an immunization record and proof of lead screening, must be presented to the director no later than the opening day of school. you should have completed the “permission to change” form on the application form for your child’s enrollment. |

| Acceptance criteria: | Children with one or both parents who are qualified members of the church shall have first preference to register beginning on the FIRST Wednesday in October. Children currently enrolled in the two and three-year-old programs will have the next preference to register beginning on the SECOND Wednesday in October. Children whose sibling attend or have attended the school will be able to register on the FOURTH Wednesday in October. Starting on the SECOND Wednesday in November members of the community will have the opportunity to enroll. A wait list is kept in the event all spots are filled. We reserve the right to adjust registration procedures if there is a need to balance the number of boys and girls in a given class |

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
