| Applications accepted | Preschool i meets the developmental needs of 3-year-olds. children who are 3 years old by september 30th of the new school year are eligible for enrollment in this two day program. preschool ii is a three or four day program for 4-year-olds. children who are 4 years old by september 30th of the new school year are eligible for enrollment into this program. decisions to attend the pre-k class must be made by may 1st. parents are encouraged to visit the classrooms without their child on their first scheduled visit. new families are required to have a conversation with the preschool director in order to begin the registration process. please call to speak with or schedule an appointment with the director at any time: 603-672-3168. |

| Acceptance criteria: | Priority in registration is given to: (1) Current enrollees (2) Siblings of current enrollees (3) Children of members of The Congregational Church of Amherst Each currently enrolled family receives a pre-registration form which must be returned by the indicated deadline with a non-refundable registration fee for each child. The remaining spaces are open to the public on a first-come first-served basis. Names are placed on a waiting list in the order they are received. After the priority registration is complete, those on the waiting list are contacted and registration forms are mailed out. Parents must respond by the indicated date with a deposit to secure a position in the school. The first 5 people on the remaining wait list will be notified of their position on the wait list following the closing of the class. The Preschool in the Village does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnic origin or religion in its educational policies, administrative policies or scholarships |
