| Applications accepted | Stratford may conduct personal interviews with applicants. students are admitted primarily on the basis of available space in each class. 1) personal rights, 2) parents' rights, 3) student health history, 4) family emergency information, 5) student immunization record, 6) student physician form, and 7) consent for medical treatment. |

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
