| Applications accepted | Full-time childcare for 3 – 4 years old. full day childcare requires that parent(s) must be working or attending school full-time, the child must be age 3 to 5 years old, you will need to provide the child's proof of birth date, proof of your household income, the child's immunization record and proof of your current employment and/or school or training schedule. upon acceptance into the program, physical and dental examinations will be required and a health history must be provided. the child must be 0 – 3 years old or not yet born, for full day childcare, parent(s) must be working or attending school full time. |
