Applications accepted Children must be between the ages of 0-5 years children from low-income families based upon federal poverty guidelines and age 3 by august 31 to enroll your child please call (360) 896-9912.
Acceptance criteria: Priority is given to children who turn four by August 31, Families must live within EOCF's service area, Children with a documented disability are given priority, Priority is given to low-income familes "It is the policy of EOCF that no person shall be subjected to discrimination in any aspect of its programs or by its contractors because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual preference, marital status, age, creed, national origin, sensory, physical, or mental handicap, or status as Vietnam-era veteran or disabled veteran."

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
