Application Information
| Applications accepted | 2 yr old class (must be 2 by first day of class) 3 yr old class (must be 3 by sept. 30th) 4 yr old class (prek) (must be 4 by sept. 30th) you will need to bring your child's shot records, physical form and birth certificate or other proof of identity (birth registration card, passport, hospital notification of birth) to the school office before the first day of school. i will need to see the original copy of the birth certificate, in order to complete the required paperwork. |
