| Applications accepted | The cdc is only accepting applications for children born on or prior to august 31, 2003. at the time of enrollment, a number of forms must be completed. immunization records and proof of physical examination must also be provided prior to enrollment in the cdc. the cdc must deny care to parents who are not in compliance with the state health department's immunization requirements. parents must agree to adhere to the policies and procedures of the center to maintain enrollment in our program. the cdc requires a 1 hour child visit in which a primary caregiver and the child visit the classroom between 8:00 and 10:30 am so they can meet classmates and teachers. the cdc requires a parent teacher goal conference either prior two or within one week of enrollment. |
| Acceptance criteria: | The CDC enrolls off of the waiting list. First priority will be given to Child Development Center and Family and Consumer Sciences Faculty and Staff and currently enrolled families. All waiting list applicants are notified via email as soon as opening occurs for the appropriate age grouping.In order to remain on our waiting list you must complete a waiting list update from once every six months and respond to the CDC email. If we have not had email contact within six months you will be removed from the list and you must reapply |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
