| Applications accepted | Students scoring one year below grade level are not eligible for enrollment. parents must sign doctrinal statements and church attendance agreements. students in secondary grades must sign a code of conduct. entrance will be based upon the school's ability to meet the needs of the individual student. 2. students enrolling in pre-k must be age 3 on or before september 1. 3. kindergarten students must be 5 years of age on or before september 1. all new students are placed in an automatic nine-week probationary period. copy of birth certificate, • copy of current immunization records, • parent's code, signed by both parents |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
