| Applications accepted | For your child's safety and to comply with state regulations, all enrollment papers must be completed, and on file in the center before your child attends little tyke. these forms include an enrollment application, parent agreement form and a notarized custody declaration, if applicable. medical forms include up-to-date immunization records, physician's statement, necessary emergency medical contact information and emergency medical authorization. along with your child's immunization records, texas law requires all children age four and older to be screened for vision and hearing problems upon entering a licensed facility for the first time. |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
