Application Information
| Applications accepted | Schedule a visit if desired, call the school office and make an appointment for a campus tour. copy of birth certificate, immunization record, copy of past achievement test reports, copy of most recent report card, and a copy of the applicant’s transcript. after we have received all of the previous information, an admission testing time for the applicant will be scheduled, if necessary. if you are requesting financial aid, the parent financial statement forms will be mailed to you with complete instructions once your admissions application has been received. when your application is near completion, the school office will call you to schedule an interview with the principal. following the interview, the admission committee will make a decision on the applicant and notify you as soon as possible. parents will have ten days from the date of receipt of the letter to respond. all children must have an updated shot record on file here at the preschool/ daycare. a record must be presented upon enrollment. any time that your child recieves new immunizations, you must bring a copy into the office. |
