Applications accepted Prior to this day we must have the following items: child enrollment and health form, medical health form, verification of parent/guardian review of center policies and procedures, and a copy of your child’s birth certificate. see the director for the enrollment priority at your child’s center.

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
