Application Information
| Applications accepted | Children must be 1 on or before september 1, able to drink from a sipper cup and be able to walk to be placed in the toddler classes. children in the 2, 3, 4, and t-kgt. 5 year old classes must turn the age of the class they are entering on or before october 16th of the year they are entering that class. (occasionally, exceptions are looked at in the t-kgt. class for children with birthdays that fall in november and early december. any exceptions made are based on space availability and evaluation of their skills and readiness.) children registering for the 3 year old class should be potty trained by the beginning of the school year. we look forward to seeing you at orientation, and having you and your child visit during open house. we encourage everyone to attend the parent orientation and open house. however, if for some reason you are not going to be able to attend, please call the preschool (454-2717, ext. 112) and leave a message so that we know you still plan to send your child, and we can make a packet of information for you. enjoy the remainder of your summer! |

| Acceptance criteria: | Stage 1 Children of church members currently enrolled in the program.* Jan. 29, 30 Stage 2 Children of non-church members currently enrolled in the program. * Jan. 31, Feb. 1-2 Stage 3 Children of church members not currently enrolled in the program. Feb. 6, 9:30 am - Church Parlor Stage 4 Open Registration for all others. Feb. 7, 9:30 am - Fellowship Hall Registration is done by a lottery system to fill spaces still remaining after Stage 1 and 2. Participants must be present by 9:30 am to be included in the lottery. Names will be placed into a drawing, and pulled one at a time. At the time your name is drawn, you are to come to the registration table. At that time you will know what is available for the age group(s) you are looking for and will have the opportunity to register your child/children or be placed on waiting lists should the class(es) be filled. After the lottery is completed on this morning, any classes still open will be filled on a first come first serve basis, and children can be placed on any waiting list by phone |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
