| Applications accepted | All children entering the programs must be toilet trained. medical examinations: new york state regulations require a written statement from a doctor giving assurance that the child is healthy, free from contagious or communicable disease, and has received prophylaxis against diphtheria containing toxoid, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis b, haemophilus influenza type b (hib), pertussis, tetanus, varicella (if born on or after 1-1-98) and any other new york state mandated vaccine when there are no medical contradictions. we reserve the right to exclude from class any child whose medical records are not in on time. |
