Application Information

Applications accepted Children must reach their birthday by october 1 to qualify for september enrollment in an age-group class (for example, a child must be 2 years old by the first of october to qualify for a 2- year-old class). a copy of the child's birth certificate must accompany all registrations?no exceptions! when space is available, there will be a january registration for those children who missed a "cut-off" date, thus enabling them to get a taste of the preschool experience prior to their first age-eligible year the following september 1.

Acceptance criteria: For children who are currently attending the JCC Preschool or Kindergarten, the family must be JCC family members in good standing. For children enrolled in Enrichment Classes and/or Camp Yachad, those who are siblings of past JCC Preschool or Kindergarten students, and children who are not enrolled but whose family belongs to JCC as of September 1, 2006, the family must be JCC family members in good standing. For children whose families have reciprocal membership and now live in New Jersey and those who are new members of the JCC, all memberships must be in good standing

Make sand at home! Half the fun is creating, and half is playing with the material. Mix all listed ingredients together in a plastic bin, and then give your child small containers, shovels, funnels so that they can dump and fill. Toy cars and bulldozers are also a lot of fun.
