| Applications accepted | Applications will be considered in regard to date received and age of the child. children must be toilet trained. the enclosed immunization form must be filled out and returned by/on the first day your child attends school. please note the required vaccines per age of your child. the enclosed medical form must be filled out and returned to school no later than 30 days after the start of school by a new student. this form must be filled out and signed by a physician. students are required to have a new in order to reserve a place in the class of your choice, send in the completed registration form (enclosed) and a $30.00 registration fee. the registration fee is non-refundable and does not apply to the first month's tuition. we will contact you only if there is a problem or if we have a question in regard to your registration. if you do not hear from us, you can assume that your place in class is secure. information concerning the first week of school will be sent to you several weeks before the beginning of school. registration medical form filled out every two years with updates when there is a change in their health status or in the immunization records. failure to comply with this state medical requirement may result in our asking a child to leave school until an immunization record and/or medical form is received. |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
