| Applications accepted | You’ll need to complete the following basic steps to begin the enrollment process: family tour of the school a completed general application form a parent-signed release form you may arrange a private tour with the admissions office at a mutually agreeable time or attend one of the open houses that are offered throughout the year. e-mail enrollment director dan axford or assistant enrollment director denise deane to set up a tour. health forms physicals and up-to-date immunizations are required for all primary school students. completed health forms must be returned to the primary school office prior to entrance on the first day of school. hearing/vision screening primary school students participate annually in a fall screening program. early diagnosis and intervention regarding any hearing/vision problem are important. unless written notification is sent home, parents may assume that their child’s hearing and vision are normal. |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
