| Acceptance criteria: | Testing and evaluation is conducted by Immanuel Lutheran Early Childhood Director, determining appropriate readiness for this age level. Immanuel Lutheran School complies with the recently issued I.R.S. Revenue procedure 75-50. We admit students of any race, color, national origin in administration of our education or admissions policy or any other school-administered program. First priority is given to church member school families (those who already have children enrolled in the school). These church members must maintain the status of members in good standing based on the following criteria: 75% Church attendance Regular Communion attendance Attendance at a minimum of one Bible Study or series over the course of a one year period. Active volunteer work in church or school by at least one parent over a period of one year. Fulfillment of the financial obligation policy as set by the Immanuel Lutheran Voters. Second priority is given to church member families who have not yet enrolled children in the Day School (K-8). These families must meet the requirements of “members in good standing." Third priority will be given to church member families on a waiting list. Fourth priority will be given to those who are considering membership by being enrolled in a membership class or by being transferred to Immanuel from another LCMS congregation. 2. Non-Churched Families Desiring Christian Education Any non-churched family must make the commitment of 50% church attendance, pay their tuition per due date, be an active volunteer in the school, and practice the Christian lifestyle in their home. Also a willingness to have their unbaptized children, if this is the case, baptized during the school year. A meeting with the pastoral staff will be set early in the year to determine a time for this to take place. 3. Families who hold active membership in other Lutheran churches. 4. Christian families who give evidence of their faith and hold an active membership at their non-Lutheran church. Note: Christian families who already have children in our school (K-8) will be given a higher priority than those who do not |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
