Application Information

Applications accepted New immunization requirements for learning center students always in the past we have not required new immunization records for returning students. this year that will change for some of our students. the state of maryland has changed the requirements for immunizations that preschool children must have before attending school. the new requirement is one dose of pcv7 (brand name prevnar). many of our currently enrolled children who are returning in the fall have the immunization entered on their immunization record. for those who do not, we will be sending a new form home that must be completed and returned to us by september 1, 2006. we are sorry for this inconvenience, but, of course, we want to keep our students healthy in addition to remaining in compliance with local regulatory laws.
Acceptance criteria: We think this "lottery" style registration is the most fair way to handle the large number of applications we receive As always, Heritage church members will receive priority registration followed by returning students and siblings. You may use the sibling registration to register any child whose sibling has attended at any time in the past. The enrollment does not need to be concurrent
