| Applications accepted | If you are interested in enrollment, please come by or contact us via email or by phone at 225-766-7008. make an appointment with the school administrator birth certificate up-to-date shot records medical authorization all prospective pre-kindergarten students must be four years old on or before september 30th. we reserve the right to test students coming from home-school programs, public schools, and or other private or parochial schools. proof of enrollment, grade placement, and academic grades must accompany the application process prior to placement in a class at ccs. |
