| Applications accepted | Meeting parents face-to-face, and observing and interacting with the child during a typical school day is an essential element of our selection process. starting in our summer session, we schedule individual visits for pools of about 100 families. |

| Acceptance criteria: | Selective based on potential applicants should call for an appointment for a visit. (please bear in mind that we get many more requests for visits than we can possibly handle.) we will schedule an appointment for a 45-minute vpc visit for the child and parents during a school day. parents should treat the visit as a relaxed, friendly interview. alumni parents conduct visits and answer questions. one or both directors will spend time with and get to know every family and child. we will not consider for admission any family that shows up for an appointment without their child, nor will we grant a second visit for a spouse who missed the first visit. if your child is sick or one spouse must be absent, please call to reschedule. within a month after the your visit we will contact you. acceptance letters will be accompanied by an application for admission. Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
