Director's Comments on Individualized Teaching
Description of how teachers work with children who are
"behind," "excelling" or "different" from the majority of students
At Aldersgate, we strive to meet every child "where they are" and challenge them to reach their full potential. Whether a child is struggling in one area or excelling in another, our teachers work to get him/her ready to enter the next phase of development and education.
Parents' Comments on Individualized Teaching
Parent #1
The music teacher is awesome! And the other teachers are so kind and caring. I look forward to meeting more of them.
Parent #2
Over the years, my children have had not less than 15 teachers, and I can honestly say that each has been great. The faculty at Aldersgate is amazing. Not only are they great at what they do, they have a great rapport with the parents. If there are interpersonal issues with the children, the teachers are more than on top of it. They keep parents up to date with what goes on every day at drop off and pick up. They are always available to discuss specific concerns whether it be before or after school, on the phone or through e-mail. I have always felt heard and informed by the faculty and staff at Aldersgate.

Being Savvy Today

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
