Director's Comments on Individualized Teaching
Description of how teachers work with children who are
"behind," "excelling" or "different" from the majority of students
With our low ratios, teachers spend plenty of small group time, as well as, one-to-one time with children. This allows children to develop at their own rate while providing challenges for children who excell, as well as, providing needs for children who take more time. We pride ourselves in utilizing new approaches to early reading and journal writing. With our dedicated staff, your child will learn skills needed for future school success.
Parents' Comments on Individualized Teaching

Answered questions specifically as relates to teacher for this school year 2006-07, Have been very pleased with all teachers our child has had since enrolling in the school in Aug. 2004.
Parent #3
Of all the teachers, only the older teacher seemed happy to be teaching. The other teachers did not engage with the children. The school was affectionless. On more than one occassion, a child was put in the corner of the playyard for the entire outside time of 45minutes.
Parent #4
The teaching staff is very stable as most teachers have been with the school for 5 years or more. Teachers are encouraged to continue their education and to expand their knowledge.
