Vanita Rodde is the owner and manager of Blue Skies Montessori Preschool. She has over 19 years of experience in the childcare field, working at many different levels throughout her career. This includes working with all ages of children, and families from different socio, economic, and religious backgrounds, as well as children with special needs. Vanita has had the opportunity to work closely with speech and language pathologists and physical therapists while developing goals for children. Vanita's training includes a Montessori Degree, Child Development Associate and AA degree, and she currently attends school part-time taking courses in psychology.

There are two teachers at the school, and one assistant. The school is very small, there are only 18 preschoolers.

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
On a day when you plan to stay home, have everyone put together the wildest, wackiest outfits they can find and wear them all day. Pair some striped pants or crazy skirt with sneakers or flip flops and a Tiara. Everyone needs to join in. Choose a new 'character' name and be someone different for the day! Don't forget to take pictures!
