Director's Comments on Individualized Teaching
Description of how teachers work with children who are
"behind," "excelling" or "different" from the majority of students
Teachers work one on one with students in some cases. Teachers also group children with similar abilities and work with that small group.
Parents' Comments on Individualized Teaching
Parent #1
I have not been overwhelmed with my kids Pre-K teachers. Ealier year teachers were much more engaging, huggy, friendly towards the kids, etc.
Parent #2
Children's Courtyard also brings in outside teachers for various activities so we are pleased with the selection of extra activities. In particular we have been very happy with Sportsball. Our son absolutely loves the coaches and has been a part of the program for 2 years now.
Parent #3
My child only has 1 main teacher, the helpers are usually different ones, I could only rate 1 and the helper.
Parent #4
very happy with quality of infant care and interaction, but wish there could be one additional teacher in classroom at this level (when there are 8 infants)
Parent #5
We have always been very pleased with this location.
Parent #6
We do not have a steady second teacher with our classroom and haven't for some time.
