Director's Comments on Individualized Teaching

Description of how teachers work with children who are  "behind," "excelling" or "different" from the majority of students

at this age no child is behind or ahead. they are developing at their own pace. we allow children to participate in all activities where they will have a lot of success, or where they use their growing skills to be built on their prior knowledge. Everyone benefis from each others knowledge. It is cooperative learning style..
