Director's Comments on Individualized Teaching
Description of how teachers work with children who are
"behind," "excelling" or "different" from the majority of students
We have an aid who helps out in our classroom. She will help out with the classroom by having a one on one with a child who is needing it. For the children who is "excelling", we send home "homework packets" or will have them available for school if the child is wanting them. We will not push these onto any child. It is free choice. For a child who is different, we will make room fo rthem to have a space available for them in the classroom which is their on personal space to play or relax.

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
