School Philosophy and Mission
"Family Partners must create and foster a positive, nurturing learning environment where young children grow, thrive and frequently experience success.
Family Partners must be an organization that prides function over form, listens to its customer, is profitable and recognizes its staff as an integral part of the operation. Our company culture must be based on honesty, trust, dignity and respect.
Family Partners will respect and dignify the overwhelming importance of the parent's role as first and lifelong teacher in a child's life. We will acknowledge that families, like our children, have varying needs and every attempt will be made to accommodate their requests.
Lastly, Family Partners must enable our employees by providing the tools to use in their job and allowing them the latitude and discretion to be creative in their job. We must support our employees by believing in them and showing them our appreciation. We must instill a sense of pride in Family Partners by being more than just an employer but a career advocate and support system.
For our children, for our parents and for our staff, we must be more than a company; we must be a partner - a Family Partner.
