School Philosophy and Mission
"We believe a child's preschool experience should be centered on three essential developmental building blocks:
language
social skills
self-help skills
These are skills that require time and attention to develop and will give young children the tools to adjust to future academic settings.

Typical Day-In-The-Life At This School
"9:00 — 10:20
Free play: Students choose between play in the block room, reading and games in the library or art projects in the art room. Parent helpers invite the children to participate in a directed art project, and monitor the art room.
10:20 — 10:50
Clean up and snack time: With guidance from the teacher and parent helpers, the children clean up all the toys and art work, wash hands and prepare the art room for snack time. One parent helper’s day is done at this point, while the other parent helper provides a healthy snack.
10:50 — 11:20
Group time: Head teacher Kris Moore leads students through songs, discussion of weekly topics and reads stories. The remaining parent helper puts artwork in the students’ totebags, cleans up art supplies and lightly cleans the school until dismissal.
11:20 — 11:50
Outdoor play: Swinging and sliding on our play structures, riding tricycles, climbing trees, blowing bubbles, building sandcastles, sidewalk chalk, hoola-hoops and laughter.
11:50 — noon
Show and tell: Today's child leader-of-the day presents a show-and-tell treasure.
12 noon Dismissal
