School Philosophy and Mission
"The school provides each student with a wide range of educational experiences that contribute to intellectual, physical, social, aesthetic, and ethical growth.
The school balances challenge and demand with support and encouragement. We cultivate in each student the confidence to experiment, think independently, and work cooperatively with others.
The school creates an atmosphere of intellectual excitement that inspires the inquisitive and self-directed mind. To support this ideal we provide students with the tools to organize, analyze, and interpret their cultural and intellectual heritage.
The school encourages the development of reflective citizens concerned with their physical, social, and political environments, and supports the development of character and personal values for all of our students. We strive to model the values to which we aspire and to encourage active service in the wider community.
The school stands committed to a multi-cultural environment. We foster an understanding of and a respect for people and experiences of diverse cultures.
The school's liberal arts and sciences focus prepares graduates to gain entrance into colleges and universities commensurate with their interests and abilities.

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
On a day when you plan to stay home, have everyone put together the wildest, wackiest outfits they can find and wear them all day. Pair some striped pants or crazy skirt with sneakers or flip flops and a Tiara. Everyone needs to join in. Choose a new 'character' name and be someone different for the day! Don't forget to take pictures!
