School Philosophy and Mission
"To provide a Christian atmosphere where children can meet and make friends. Emphasis will be placed in areas of social adjustment with other children and adults, and in the development of other basic skills
To provide guidance and preparation for the school experience in areas of social and emotional adjustment, cognitive development, and physical skills
To share cultural values, through stories, songs, simple prayer, and the principles of caring in play and social conduct. No attempt is made to prejudice a child against the faith of his or her parents; however, the atmosphere and objectives of Little Friends Child Care are distinctly Christian.
To expose your children to many learning experiences through cognitive learning, field trips, community involvement, and especially play.
To welcome all children ages six weeks through the end of third grade into Little Friends Child Care Center. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, sex or religious belief. "

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
