"The mission, vision and organizational structure of montessori centre was designed by its factulty, with an eye toweard creating a uniquely responsive community of learners across our campus. Just as we encourage both teaching and learning among the children we serve, we hold that ideal true for out faculty as well. Teachers bring to the community a wealth of professional and personal experiences, and a openness to continuing to learn and develop their own teaching. We are committed to establishing collaborative relationships with the parents of the children we serve, with deep respect to the critical role of the parents as each child's first teacher. In short, we want our school to be a palce in which children and abults, teachers and parents feel very welcome.
