School Philosophy and Mission
"The philosophy of Just Plane Kids represents high standards and quality childcare services. Just Plane Kids provide a learning environment that meets the develop-mental needs of young children. We value each child as unique individuals and appreciate that childhood is a valuable stage of their development at their own pace. Play is an integral part of our program. Through play children can practice social emotional, physical, language and cognitive skills. Our classrooms are arranged to offer challenging play and learning choices at a range of developmental levels. Learning centers allow children the opportunity to explore, to experience and most importantly to succeed. Our teachers are seen as facilitators there to enrich and expand on the child’s interests and ideas. Our teachers create a caring and nurturing atmosphere, and help foster each family. We believe parents are the most significant adults in a child’s life. We encourage daily communication between parents and center staff. Our doors are open to parents at all times. Just Plane Kids is an organization which values the children in our care, their parents and our staff. We continually strive to earn the trust placed in us while ensuring the quality childhood each child deserves.
