School Philosophy and Mission

"Each child is encouraged to creatively express his/her feelings, and to solve
problems critically through a developmental program. Opportunities are
provided so that each child can attain his/her full potential.
Luke 2:42 states when Jesus was a child, He “kept increasing in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man. The development of the whole child has its concerns within the parameters of the following:
• Exposure to God's loving care and guidance;
• Intellectual stimulation at the child's level and to individual readiness;
• Activities that promote healthy physical growth;
• Opportunities for maximum social growth in relationships to adults and
children;
• Assistance in sound emotional development;
ALCS believes in nondiscrimination, and opens its doors to children of all races and national origins."
