Typical Day-In-The-Life At This School

"6:30 a.m. Open
8:15 - 8:30 a.m. Arrival Time
8:30 - 9:00 a.m. Circle/Group Time: including lessons on all subjects, calendar, and roll
9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Work Time in Math. Language, Sensorial, Practical Life, Science, Geography, Art and Music with appropriate guidance, lessons and encouragement provided by teachers. Snack served individually during class time.
11:00 - 11:30 a.m. Playground time
11:30 a.m. -
12:15 p.m. Lunch Time
12:30 p.m. Rest Time and Beginning of Quiet Time
1:15 - 2:45 p.m. Extended Day Circle Time followed by Work Time
2:45 p.m. Nappers Wake Up
2:45 - 3:30 p.m. Playground Time
3:45 p.m. Story Time
4:00 p.m. Snack Time
4:15 - 6:15 p.m. Construction toys, artwork, music, reading
6:15 - 6:30 p.m. Straighten Up

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
