School Philosophy and Mission

"The Day School enjoys a long history of providing quality learning experiences for the children of the community. The school began in 1955 as a kindergarten. Since that time, the program has grown into a preschool that enrolls more than two hundred children each year. As an extension of the total ministry of the church, the Day School offers children the opportunity to learn through play in a secure Christian environment. Emphasis is on the physical, spiritual, emotional, social and intellectual development of the child. Children are provided opportunities to explore, discover, create and communicate as they participate in active learning experiences.
