School Philosophy and Mission
"It's never too early for balance. That's our philosophy in the Infant Program at Children's Palace. In fact, the most basic definition of balance is one of the goals for every infant in the program: To be able to stand and walk with stability and strength.
We begin with a nurturing environment that keeps babies warm, safe and happy. We encourage them to be active every day, to explore the world around them and to interact with others through singing, story time, art and exercise. Activity arches in cribs encourage reaching, grasping and standing, and specially designed playground equipment helps babies stay safe while growing strong and having fun. We also introduce them to activities that stimulate brain development, prepare them for talking and help them gain the motor skills they need to learn to write in coming years.

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
