School Philosophy and Mission
"We believe the early years of a child's life are ones of tremendous growth where all of the senses are brought into full play. Children continuously investigate their environments by observing, touching, listening, smelling and tasting. Every day is the beginning of a new adventure and we will provide activities and experiences that promote positive growth and development. We believe in the importance of "play" for our young children where they can naturally and independently learn important social, cognitive and motor skills.
We believe in giving each child a firm sense of self and an understanding of the world and his/her place in it. Through explanations, exploration and experimentation, children can develop language, social and motor skills that will aid in future development. Through Christian teachings of love and respect for others, children are guided to grow in their relations to others and to God. Through Bible stories, songs and examples, every child is given a firm moral base on which to build."
