School Philosophy and Mission

All About Kids
Infant & Childcare Center

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy at ALL ABOUT KIDS is to provide a safe, fun atmosphere for your child while you are away during the day. We encourage independence, self-confidence and consideration for others. We respect each child as an individual with his own potentials, interests and needs.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to meet the needs of parents, children and staff for high quality childcare. We strive to continue developing a curriculum that will stimulate growth and learning for your child. It is the goal of our staff to incorporate anti-bias and cultural diversity as an integral part of its curriculum since children live in a diverse and complex society. We aim to offer a variety of opportunities for your child to help with the development in the following areas:

Personal and social development
Self-awareness
Physical and intellectual growth
Language development
Sensory/cognitive development
The development of a positive self-concept

We understand the need for open communication between staff and parents and will share aspects of your child’s day. We are also willing to set up formal parent/teacher conferences at your request and/or as the need arises.
