School Philosophy and Mission
Providing good early education is not a simple matter. An able highly trained staff is required, along with careful planning and ample resources. The first years of a child's education are the most crucial in determining future success as a student and indeed as an adult in our society. We will make certain that these years are positive and meaningful - that they are successful for each child that enters the doors of A Brighter Future Preschool and Child Development Center.
We believe that the foundation for learning in young children is formed through their action in play. Action is hands-on. Action is handling, changing, moving, making things-- not just watching. Action is squishing, painting, pushing, comparing, making different sounds. Action is learning to do some things all by yourself.
Developing imagination is important, too. Children encouraged to use their imagination through games, lessons and activities such as dramatic play. All children are provided the optimal environment for learning in their own individual manner, at their own pace according to their individual level of development.
