School Philosophy and Mission
"Wyckoff Christian Preschool & Kindergarten is an educational ministry of the Cornerstone Christian Church. The program reflects the values and belief that God's Word is the foundation of truth, and that God's love should be the model for our lives. The Ministry Board, comprised of people from the church, oversees the preschool's operation. The Ministry Board meets monthly with the Director and Head Teacher. The preschool is licensed by the State of New Jersey and is in full compliance with regulations established by the New Jersey Department of Human Services for “Child Care Centers. The preschool was founded in September 1995. The Ministry Board and staff members of Wyckoff Christian Preschool & Kindergarten work diligently to provide children with a safe environment and a bountiful supply of creative materials and equipment designed to enhance learning and imagination. Our aim is to create an atmosphere that fosters educational, developmental and spiritual growth for the children. Our staff is caring and experienced and has the best interests of our children in mind.
