School Philosophy and Mission
"We have developed a successful child friendly curriculum by blending what you find in a Montessori school, with a good pre-school experience. Each child experiences the Montessori material and method of teaching. In addition, the children enjoy play times in a play room filled with books, blocks, musical instruments, toys, puzzles, and games. The children have free art times, planned art projects, circle and story times. In addition, we have included an academic class time where children become accustomed to following verbal instructions and working along with their class on worksheets. No one falls through the cracks here. What is presented in their academic class is reinforced during their Montessori work time. The child's day is a nice balance of academics, socialization, and pretend play."

We met up with my father for a weekend in Grayton Beach, Florida . It was too short as the girls don't see nearly enough of their grandparents, but we packed it full of fun. We spent our last day on the beach

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
