School Philosophy and Mission
The Kids Place Preschool located in Mammoth Lakes California is an in-home preschool that is committed to giving our children the skills they need to succeed not only in school for the coming years, but in life. I have worked in a number of different schools with a number of brilliant teachers throughout the last 15 years. As a result I have combined what I believe to be the "best of the best" in a hands on curriculum and I am confident that The Kids Place Preschool will give our children the jump start they need before entering Kindergarten, without forgetting the most important roles of a child, which are play and exploration. The Kids Place Preschool is the perfect environment for the children of Mammoth Lakes to learn not just academics but valuable social skills as well, including conflict resolution, problem solving, patience, respect, self confidence, triumph and defeat. And all of this comes wrapped up in a fun, loving, encouraging and caring package that every child deserves.

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
