School Philosophy and Mission
" To walk with families preparing children for their future education, and helping them discover who they are as unique children of God.
We recently polled our parents and asked what they liked most about Mt. Calvary Christian School.
And they responded…
The high caliber of Christian teachers who strive to help each child grow as a whole person - focusing on their intellectual, physical, social, emotional and spiritual development.
The Christian sense of community. We are a community of caring families who get to know each other at drop-off & pick-up as well as at the family events we sponsor like the Christmas Servicce or Spaghetti Dinner. We are Christian – the children go to a wonderful Chapel service every other week. Prayer is gently incorporated in the school day.
The great teacher/child ratio of 1:6. In fact, our 3 & 4 year old programs have 12 children or less with two teachers."
