School Philosophy and Mission

'The Malibu Jewish Center & Synagogue Pre-School offers a warm, creative environment in an atmosphere where each child's own unique style of learning is valued and nurtured. Each child is encouraged to develop their own self-image and a positive feeling of self worth in a stimulating environment. Children are encouraged to explore the world, to learn, to be part of a group and work effectively with peers. Teachers help the children handle frustrations and solve problems in constructive ways.' -- Extracted from the Malibu Jewish Center & Synagogue Preschool website'
