Be open with your days. Once accepted you can request alternate days and the director is very personable and easy to deal with. She will often let you drop in if you have an appointment even if it is not your day.

We applied about 6 months before I needed care and we were open to any days they had.

Look around, meet the director, ask many questions. Look into her eyes and make a judgement call. You like many will go in happy and leave shortly there after very dissapointed. The high turn over ratio in the 2's room is disturbing. Check your options and just when you think this could be the right school for you check your options again.

Meet with the actual teacher your child would have if he/she attended. The teachers make this school and are just great. At this point, there isn't one I wouldn't be happy with for my kids.

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
